My sister left yesterday, so today was my first day to run the household solo in over a month. Also, Monday is the only day that Lil T is at school all day, so i felt insanely compelled to get as much done as possible. As i sit here exhausted, satisfactorily reflecting on the day, i realize that my fervor was akin to a madwoman. What do you think?
Check this out:
5 loads of laundry, vacuumed T's ceiling fan, cleaned out the fishbowl, emptied all the trash, cleaned out 3 of the A/C units filters and their vents, cleaned the bathroom floor, made 3 beds, did 30 push-ups (for the first time since the morning of surgery...i still got it!) watered the front flower beds, vacuumed, hung a bulletin board, repotted a plant, put away clean laundry, polished some furniture and washed my make-up brushes.
Totally crazy, huh? I can't believe it. This is the result of sitting around for weeks, relying on other people to do stuff for me....i feel like i gotta make up for lost time.
...and for tonight's agenda: a bunch of NOTHING!
