A picture tells 1000 words

...and i haven't written in SOOOO long, i'm going to pepper this post with many pix to help get caught up.

Wherever to begin? there's so much, i'm bound to go nuts and do a few posts, unless my antihistimines kick in and thwart my plans with drowsiness, as they've been the culprit of many times this week! Do they also make me wordy? I'm thinking so.....anyhoo; where was i? why am i typing everything i'm thinking? shut up--its been awhile since i've done this, lemme collect my thoughts...believe it or not, i'm actually off my painkillers, people. ok....let's start with this:

Yes...i've become one of those people at Wal-Mart. To draw more obnoxious attention to ourselves, we added 2 kids to the Gimp Parade. Also, it goes "Beep, beep, beep" whenever you back up and doesn't exactly fit between all the aisles. I'd be lying if i said it wasn't fun....it was HA-sterical

Last Wednesday, Lace drove me to Houston for my 3 week check-up. I got my stitches out, wanna see?

Despite having to wait 3HOURS for my 2:00 appointment, we had a good day. How could you not when you start out with lunch at CHUY's? DEEELISH! The best part of the day was getting the "go-ahead" to put weight on my leg. It was very awkward and disorienting at first, but i'm making up for lost time now. Some days i don't even use my crutches at all. I've been able to do all sorts of stuff around the house (i.e carry a coffee cup!) work in the flower beds and, best of all, pick up my favorite little guy, Tready.

Here are some Before and After shots:

Yes! You're a rascal riding on a rascal! Also picking Chuy's for lunch is a choice I can fully endorse (even if I am jealous of it) and may I recommend almost any of the daily specials? Sour cream enchiladas: yes, I think so. Welcome back Rascal! :)

Yay for Chuy's! And for all the great pics! How could anyone think of you as obnoxious? You would be the one bright spot in Wallyworld, with or without the beeping chair.

I'm so glad you're able to put weight on your leg! That's terrific. Of course, the picture of your stitches made me want to vomit. Ewwwwwwww.
